New Year New Me!

So it’s a new year and I’m starting a new lifestyle of healthy eating and exercise every day. So far I’ve done a 30 minute interval walking routine and 20 minutes of strength and circuit training …. and I feel awesome!!!!

I will be keeping track of changes in my body and size on Wednesdays. I’m calling it Wonderful Wednesday :)

I’ve been thinking about, obsessing actually, about this for years!!!! So this is my time - I’m doing it and I WILL feel better and be better!
